As the last line of defense, voltage withstand testing verifies the insulation strength of wiring harnesses under extreme conditions by applying a test voltage higher than the normal operating voltage. This ensures stable performance in high-voltage environments and prevents potential safety hazards.

In addition, some high-end wiring harnesses undergo signal integrity testing and environmental adaptability testing to verify their reliability in complex electromagnetic environments or extreme temperature conditions.
