As new energy vehicles and intelligent driving technologies reshape the industry landscape, automotive parts and accessories have evolved from traditional, single-purpose mechanical components to core systems integrating electronic control, data exchange, and energy management. These seemingly hidden components, experiencing technological iterations at a rate of approximately 7% per year, are becoming key variables in defining future mobility.

In the era of traditional fuel vehicles, the engine management system, transmission, and chassis components constituted the "three major components" of vehicle operation. Today, however, the scope of automotive parts and accessories has expanded to seven core areas: battery modules and electronic control units in the powertrain, lidar and millimeter-wave sensors for intelligent driving, chips and displays for in-vehicle infotainment systems, and carbon fiber components for lightweight vehicle bodies. Technological innovation is disrupting traditional manufacturing practices. Take the Tesla Model 3's thermal management system, for example. Its integrated eight-way valve assembly uses an algorithm to dynamically adjust coolant flow, improving the efficiency of the electric drive system by 12%. Millimeter-wave radar chips developed by domestic companies have reduced detection range accuracy to ±2 centimeters, supporting the implementation of Level 3 autonomous driving. More noteworthy is the restructuring of the supply chain: cross-industry collaborations between traditional Tier 1 suppliers and technology companies have become the norm. Huawei's intelligent driving computing platform MDC and Nvidia's Orin chip are being deeply embedded in the vehicle's electronic architecture.

Market data shows that the global automotive parts market reached $2.3 trillion in 20XX, with China accounting for 34% of the market share. As the EU's 20XX ban on gasoline-powered vehicles approaches, segments such as battery safety components and 800V high-voltage fast-charging modules are experiencing annual growth rates exceeding 25%. However, the industry also faces challenges: the chip shortage crisis has exposed supply chain vulnerabilities, with one German automaker reducing production by 300,000 vehicles due to a shortage of ESP controllers. Data compliance requirements are prompting component manufacturers to strengthen information security. For example, Tesla's Shanghai factory has deployed a localized data storage system.

From mechanical gears to smart devices, the evolution of automotive components epitomizes the transformation of the automotive industry. As autonomous driving levels advance to Level 4 and battery energy density surpasses 500Wh/kg, these technological building blocks hidden under the hood will continue to shape the future of human mobility.
