Light module design focuses on creating versatile lighting solutions tailored to diverse application scenarios, including home decoration, commercial spaces, automotive interiors, and gaming setups. These modules, such as RGB full-color ambient light modules and smart scenario-based lighting systems, are engineered to deliver customizable illumination effects while ensuring reliability and performance.
Core Design
At the core of the design is the optical system, which involves careful selection of LED light sources.
RGB modules feature precise wavelength control for red, green, and blue channels, with a color rendering index (Ra) of ≥80 (Ra≥90 recommended for home use).
Optical components like lenses and diffusers are designed for high transmittance and wide diffusion angles, ensuring uniform light distribution with anti-glare properties.
Color temperature is adjustable from 2700K (warm yellow) to 6500K (cool white)
Power design accommodates 5V/12V/24V DC input with ±10% voltage tolerance, incorporating overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature protection (e.g., automatic power reduction at ≥60℃).
PCB layouts use rigid FR-4 or flexible FPC substrates with ≥0.2mm trace width, 1oz copper thickness, and heat dissipation pads ≥3 times the LED area.
The design process usually takes 22 to 32 working days, from concept to prototype verification, and provides comprehensive documentation and certification support
